Thanks to all you loyal folks for coming to class every week and experiencing Kundalini yoga for yourselves. I enjoy teaching so much more than I could ever have imagined and I love hearing from students about what they experience during and after class. I especially enjoy hearing how my students apply the teachings of my beloved teacher in their daily lives, making life less stressful, more prosperous and more joy filled.
As Yogi Bhajan said, "keep up and be kept up".
Yogi Bhajan warned us that as we shifted into the Aquarian Age there would be severe hardships and much corruption in the world and we need to be stronger than ever in our core, we need to be solid in our convictions yet live with great compassion and grace. To get through difficult times we must use our sadhana, our daily practice and meditate to find the divine within, to stay present with each moment, not allowing our disappoint of the past nor our fear of the future to pull us away from the only moment that is real, the present. To distance ourselves from the chaos of our minds, not succumbing to the volatility of our emotions, we must meditate. We're more than our thoughts and our emotions and meditation is the vehicle to our soul, to self realisation.
Love, light and peace to all,
Sat Nam,
Trish
May peace prevail on earth
