True, deep and lasting peace can only come from within. It is there in all of us we just don't always see it or feel it and as we live in a world that brings us plenty of news of war and hardship and doom and gloom and all things not peaceful it requires effort on our part to shift our focus and intention onto peace but we must do this and focus on what we want, not on what we don't want.
Why not have a little experiment of your own? Try not to create a peaceful home/workplace etc by urging others to change or by forcing yourself to hold your tongue but instead by recognizing the peace that is within by just being.
Yogi Bhajan gave us so many wonderful meditations to help us deal with the stresses of modern living and to help us evolve into conscious beings and I think this is one of his most beautiful.
As with any meditation is helps to find a quiet spot and a comfortable position to sit in. Your hands can be in Gyan Mudra or resting on your lap. Your eyes are closed and looking at your third eye.
